Im not happy as flannels gave me the wrong code t order viviene westwood jeans which was £110 so £10 delivery n they were wrong n £5t send them back orderd another pair different code from the shop and they were horrible so same devivery again £220 worth of jean n both went back you should be able to take orderd things back to the shop and get a refund not just a exchange
