For a shop that has a quality reputation it doesn’t live up to this. Not happy that I have to pay to return the item. Most online companies include return delivery if the item is unsuitable. Just another way of making even more money from the customers. Also when I read the size guide for the item it said true to size which it clearly isn’t and in fact it runs up small. Not good hence the reason for my return. And why can’t you return online orders to the shop when every other shop allows this. Not good customer service practice. Customer service email address also doesn’t work so I think this need to be sorted out and the contact number on the website needs to be made more noticeable. A customer needs some type of contact number or email address if neither work then the company must be trying to hide something. Delivery was in time but only because I had paid for this this, flannels should offer free standard delivery for item when a customer spends over a certain amount (like most other shops) For a company that’s sells high end designer clothes the customer service contact and website information is shocking. Think I’ll stay with selfridges next time. ☹️
