Ordered a Vivienne Westwood pendant for my granddaughter. Could not fault the easy transaction and delivery.
However was very disappointed with the presentation , just put in box in a small plastic bag, no wadding to display necklace and no gift bag, which is offered by other suppliers.would have returned it but did not have enough time to buy replacement.
