I can’t believe you pay £6.99 for postage and you have to pay to send them back. They sent 2 items that was the wrong size and had to order them again!! I didn’t have time to wait for an exchange so I had to pay again for delivery!! You should be able to take them back to a shop like you do at any other shop! Very disappointed
