Unacceptable to pay delivery & returns charges / cannot order into store unless over £100 / incorrect opening hours - clearly stated on confirmation email open until 7pm on Wed 15th May in Hull store & arrived @ 6.10pm - store closed. Had to make 2nd visit & when questioned in store the member of staff just laughed & replied "yeh, it's wrong". Items very crushed on arrival. Not satisfied at all.
