I was impressed with the App which was sleek and user friendly. The ordering process was fast and easy. The quality of the products were perfect as were the sizings advertised in the App. However, the delivery options at £6.99 and £9.99 are not competitive with other online retailers. I did decide to pay £9.99 as I needed the delivery ASAP. I was disappointed that after paying for next day delivery my order was not dispatched for the next day. If you pay for a premium service you should receive it. A money off voucher on next purchase etc would have been a good customer reconciliation however this didn’t take place.
