I placed an order for 3 items and a day later received an email that 2 items where out of stock and they will only deliver one. My first issue is that the items that apparently are out of stock are still visible as available on the website, second issue is that they don’t contact you to see if you’re ok with going through with the order with only receiving one item as the delivery is £7 I would rather buy couple things in one go then paying shipping for one item. Only reason I’m giving 4* is because the dress I received is really nice. But the communication with flannels is very poor.
