I chose the delivery to store option for my purchase of 2 T-shirts. However I received an email to advise that my order was ready for collection and I visited the store in Meadowhall Sheffield where I was told that unfortunately I was not able to collect my goods as only 1 of the T-shirts had arrived. So after around 20 minutes of discussion I left the store and was advised that you would be in contact again when the 2nd garment arrived. The garment then arrived several days later some 8 days after the original order and I was able to collect my goods. I paid £6.99 for the option of in store collection and feel that I did not receive value for money as I had to make 2 special journeys to collect the goods at my own expense and time. I fully expect you to refund the £6.99. On a positive note the sales assistant who serve me through the issue was very attentive, understanding and professional and I know she did all in her power to sort out the issue.
