Flannels customer service via phone help line is excellent. WEBSITE ordering has been very good in the past until this last order I made FLAN40000057545275. Most (9) of the items ordered wasn't in stock but is still advertised for sale on website today!!!! I really got excited when order went through only to receive a disappointing email afterwards. Flannels just needs to keep WEBSITE SALES up to date so customers don't get disappointed when thinking they have made a great purchase only to be told " sorry out of stock"!!
