I placed an order on a Thursday before 2pm with next day delivery and it finally turned up on Monday.
I then got offered a 9.99 evoucher.
So basically I got offered free delivery on my next purchase. Because 9.99 in flannels wouldn’t even get me a pair of socks.
Once I opened the parcel the security tag was still on the item. Leaving it unwearable.
I was then told to return it to any flannels store so that it can be remove.
Not ideal either when the nearest store to me is a good two hour round trip.
So yeah.. the two start review is pretty kind.
