The website is great and even though I had to pay for delivery it was quick which was good. The packaging was very disappointing though, to say I’d ordered a luxury product I’d have expected luxury packaging so this it was disappointing to receive my product in a black plastic bag, I get better service from Zara! It’s also disappointing having to pay for the return as the product wasn’t satisfactory.
