The actual ordering and delivery process was straight forward and I was happy with the product/delivery time, but I think having to pay for a delivery when I was paying £250 for something is disgusting, and is not in line with other reputable stores. I would have purchased from the actual store only they didnt have the stock, so to have to pay to have something delivered, when I was already buying an expensive item was very poor.
