The fact you charge £6.99 for delivery, regardless of the order value, is an absolute joke. Even more of a joke that you don’t do free returns. Often the fit of clothing is miss-described on the website and i’m left having to pay for a special delivery return through no fault of my own.
Sort it out, as it’s letting an otherwise good online retailer down and your competitors are doing free returns
