Was a little disappointed with my order being split up after I ordered the products together. Had to visit the shop twice to collect which is an inconvenience. If in future this happens I think great service is to drop the customer and email to let them know as I would of waited for both to be in to collect at one time.
I also found the staff I spoke to at the Shirley Solihull store when I called up to ask her why I had received part order to be useless if I’m honest. I asked questions and her response was you will have to call customer service, then I asked if they were still open she said I don’t know, felt like she just didn’t want to help and had poor customer service skills.
