Online shopping is fine with a fast and efficient delivery service, though you do pay a £9.99 premium for this.
In contrast, visiting the Flannels store in Cardiff I had a really poor customer experience. I was approached by a rude assistant on the ground floor and told that I was not allowed to browse the products in the store whilst carrying a bag. I can only presume he thought I was on the rob. Goes to show how a minimum wage sales assistant can ruin the reputation of a store and easily lose customers. I will never visit that store again.
