The jumper came with no badge on it.. No customer service via phone emails poorly responded to so rang the Manchester branch which a kind gentleman offered to replace the badge which I had to do a 36 mile round trip to get. This is very poor service for a prestigious company that has happened twice to us as a family in the last 6 months.
