Ordered on a Thursday using next day delivery costing £9.99, didn’t get product till Monday. Didn’t even bother to let me know I had to chase them. They refunded me the difference in the standard delivery and next day which was £3. My purchase was over £400 so I expected a much better service. As they didn’t provide me with the delivery I paid for a full refund should have been given. I think I’ll stick to Harrods and Selfridges, this is the 1st time I have shopped with Flannels so wasn’t a great experience.
