I was very disappointed to have to pay postage when I spent over £300 with Flannels. I also received my order in 3 separate parcels which I wasn’t informed about so therefore after my first parcel arrived with items missing I believed they weren’t coming! I have also got to pay to return items not wanted, compared to other retailers this is terrible service.
