I find very disappointing that need to pay for the postage and then when you returning there is not option to return to shop which mean need to send the item back to warehouse and pay for postage again. If item is expensive the postage will cost more as well. So prefer to buy in shop but the problem is what you can see online not always is available in shop!!! So I usually go to flannels in Leeds or Nottingham as they are better.
