Everything about my Flannels experience has been totally poor, except from my help via email for Eliana from Customer Service. She has been super helpful
The bag I ordered was missing a shoulder strap when it arrived, so couldn't use it. Was told there was no others at the warehouse to send a shoulder strap out.
I have returned this item back for refund, which was received back to the warehouse 10 days ago - and I still have not received a email to say it has been received or processed.
