I have tried to send a complaint for how I received my goods and had no reply - previously been very happy with my numerous purchases Hi I have received the above order and was really unhappy with how it was packaged I have spent nearly £400 with you and the sunglasses were left open and not even put in between the two t shirts I ordered to protect them , also I was really disappointed that they didn’t come packed on the flannels cover bag - I have ordered from you a number of times and always been pleased with the service- I have pictures if you need to see how poor the packaging was .
