I received an email stating the date my parcel would arrive, this turned out to be incorrect.
One of the items I have sent back for a refund, it has been a week now and I am yet to hear back that this refund has been received successfully.
This was the first time I had ordered from flannels and has put me off, considering the lack of communication received since sending one of the parcels back.
