I brought a vj message bag from the app, when it arrived it was the wrong bag. I emailed the team back and they took three days to respond. When they finally responded they told me the bag was in stock and would I like a refund. I had explained no I would like the bag I ordered. They then took a another day and then told me the bag on the app has been misleading. And the item is not in stock. It’s a shame that flannels have a good rep but then ruined especially when customers are spending money in high end garments. Still waiting for my refund.
