I was really pleased with my recent order as they were a perfect fit but it was a wee bit disappointed once I opened the shoe box because everything was like it was chucked in and they didn’t really care. In future I would say that they don’t just chuck things in the box and send it, they should put it in tidy as that is the first thing the customer will see when they open the box.
