Whilst the order process therefore continued update with regards to the delivery service was positive. Most disappointed in that of I paid £ 9.99 for a next day delivery. Unfortunately due to the product being to short in the body and the length of arms. We had know option but to return this item, to be met with an additional returns charge of £ 8.70. Total cost of £ 18.69 just in delivery alone. This will in fact prevent me from purchasing any product going forward.
