Good Service and communication up to a point, until there is a problem, item arrived but was faulty, ordered online, collected item from local Flannels outlet, but they won't deal with faulty returns, has to be dealt with online, would be better to have a contact number to actually talk to somebody for advice. Surely the store and online service should compliment one another they both come under the Flannels banner. Can't understand why one won't deal with the other.
