I order online from time to time, normally purchase in store at Liverpool, which is really nice! I ordered a gilet with the idea of arriving next working day, as I needed it for that day. Confirmation was sent via email that it’s on it’s way, as planned, until I get confirmation of a delay and it’s now due the following day. This, baring in mind, is a service I paid for. I raised a query on their website to gain a response.. this is something I’m still waiting for, 1 week later. I understand things get delayed, however this is a service I paid for (next day delivery), which was not fulfilled. If you paid for a service which was not what you paid for, you would get refunded, surely? I have had my request ignored.
