Flannels itself is an amazing store with lots of unique choices. However I ordered a birthday present for my son for delivery and was appalled at the state of the trainer box which was literally in pieces and had to selotape it all back together and the trainers look like they've been worn, as all around the inner heel of them is filthy and at £405 I wasn't impressed, but had to keep them as they were the last pair in his size and I didn't want him upset on his birthday.
