When the items arrived one had a black mark on it and the other still open fron when someone had returned the item and was just shoved in. I have had a 10% discount now but i think this is the second time i have had to email about the products i have recieved. As i had bought them a b day present I did not have time to return so I felt I had to accept the discount.
