This is not a criticism of Flannels but their delivery partner DPD. My package was to be delivered when I would not be home and I requested DPD to deliver to a neighbour, unfortunately the delivery driver decided to post the package through the letterbox and now the packaging is damaged. This is for a birthday present!!!!
