Flannels need to improve on their returns process, the store assists knowledge didn't know what to do and the information given was very vague. Firstly I was told I could only have a credit note when I was told differently by another member of staff. When returning £500 worth of items, it was concerning not to have received proof that the items had been left in store to be returned via click & collect.
The process of ordering the items online was fine, the update emails were good and the click and collect service was quick and easy.
