I placed an order and I paid extra money for next day delivery. The item did not arrive until 5 days later and neither courier service or flannels took the ownership of the problem. However I requested a refund of delivery as the promise wasn't kept on flannels end. Although this was refunded I still wasn't happy with the whole service as I could have ordered the same top elsewhere had I had known this was going to happen.
