I have had some great stuff from Flannels and it’s always been top well packed and delivered on time but If I want a certain item I’ll always look elsewhere first as most other companies have free P+P especially if it’s over £100 and some even have free returns which is really a must when ordering online this is were Flannels let’s itself down and why I haven’t rated it 5 stars.
