Purchased a shirt online as they did not have my size in store - was fairly straightforward. Not impressed with the delivery charge as I was collecting it from a store. Received regular emails to say when it would arrive .
When I arrived at the store I was ignored by two female staff engaging in quite a lengthy discussion as I stood at the till quite close to them! I was finally seen by another member of staff but was then interrupted by one of the other two staff who started another conversation. Rude! I may as well have been invisible!
