The only problem I had was with delivery as to get a very small light package delivered it cost £7 and you don't do a free/reduced price for collecting in store- I know I could have got a voucher but it would have cost me as much on public transport to collect- and then I had to return an item and I was charged £3 to return it, untracked, which I think is highly unacceptable as I already paid so much for delivery.
