Items arrive separately, which seems very unprofessional, and unorganised.
And I received one of my items as faulty, therefore I had to pay for a return postage, when it was the companies fault.
Again, shows that your online service is very unorganised as you are apart of very few companies that make their customers pay to return an item - it’s further appalling when the cost for us to receive an item is as high as it is.
