The delivery was quick, however I begrudge paying a hefty delivery charge when I have already spent £695 on an item.
Also, I was expecting a Gucci dust bag (as I purchased a Gucci handbag) but received a van.mildert one (no idea who they are). I contacted customer services and was told that the depot probably forgot to send it and was going to request that one was sent to me if available.
