Online easy to use & to find products. Went to collect at a local store, staff were friendly. When I got back and opened the box the trainer bag was scrunched up inside the box- the inner paper (used to keep the shape) was thrown in the box. Clearly the trainers have been tried on before. Very Disappointing to receive after such a highly priced item. Clearly there was no care into packing the item.
