I ordered a black Gucci belt and they sent me a porcelain one. REALLY not sure how you mistake those two colours. Customer service was dreadful, I had to keep chasing them for updates. Even when they advised they would send email confirmation they never. For the amount I paid I was disgusted at the level of customer care I received. I’ve had better customer service from boohoo for a £5 dress than I have for a £300+ belt. I won’t ever order online again.
