The clothes are good quality and the sales are a great chance to bag a bargain.
It is however a night mare to get through on the phone ?!
And extremely expensive to send returns.....
the recent order I bought cost nearly £600 and was not even sent out in the nice canvas bags ?
Instead my clothes came is cheap plastic bags ?
I was very disappointed? Not even a flannels bag inside to present the gift to my son with ?
I am a long standing customer, and worry that my custom means nothing any more to your company??
