The shopping experience was excellent. But the return procedure is no that clear. They should have an online chat or an e-mail to be reached and they don’t. Plus when you return goods the deduct the shipping costs. So in my case for a example, I bought a belt for which they didn’t have the correct size to replace so I ended up paying €45 in shipping costs and exchange rate and I still have no belt!
