After paying £5.99 delivery for my order I would expect it to be here on time. I received a message saying my parcel would be delivered on the 25th September. A day after my delivery date I still had no parcel and no information as to why it wasn’t here. I then emailed the flannels customer service to chase what had happened but got no reply about it. 6 days after the delivery day and 3 emails to customer service later I had finally got a reply from someone on the customer service team. It was a very poor excuse of an explanation as to what happened to my parcel. I then sent an email back informing them of this poor customer service i had received and asked for an explanation as to why this has happened with no reply’s or explanations. Instead of giving me a reason as to why it had happened and sorting it so my order gets to me, they just issued a refund and it was almost like they disregarded the situation. I will not be shopping here again if this is how I will be treated by a high end company with a good reputation.
