Although I was really happy with my birthday discount from flannels I was outraged that Gucci doesn’t come wrapped in a Gucci box and bag.. like really? You pay hundreds of pounds for something to be wrapped in a plastic bag and flannels satchel? That’s shocking. Thankfully as a loyal Gucci direct customer they sorted it out for me but I’ll never order again from flannels. If I wanted Gucci in a plastic baggie and then in a flannels satchel id have went to the barra’s. Unacceptable.
