Hi purchased last weekend, was very impressed initially when I received a text to collect my parcel from Matalan Wigan. The day after I received an email stating that I had ‘changed mind’ which is untrue, and the parcel was returned back to you!!! I am still pursuing this with DPD however I am extremely disappointed
