I love the website and all the stuff on it! Customer services are fab, even honoured a discount code for me. But....I was disappointed to have to pay £6.99 in postage when I spent over £650! Also packaging was a disappointment, just turned up in a grey plastic postage bag, no special packaging and not even really protected. Might just be me but expected a bit more when spending so much money.
