A long standing customer and respect the quality of product you sell but the service has been disgraceful. the item I ordered on the website and detailed in my account was not the product i received which in of itself is not an issue i expect these things to sometimes happen. I flagged this immediately and asked for confirmation of my preferred outcome. i received a drip feed response. 1 email per day over the course of a week which did not satisfactorily resolve my problem. i wanted to know if the product i wanted and believed i had ordered , was in stock and could it be shipped whilst i return the incorrect product you sent to me. I had to take photos of the product you sent me by mistake and this simple basic question has not even been answered despite being asked x4 times. I was even told to return the product incorrectly shipped at my expense ( this was subsequently resolved ) but i have yet to see the return label so cannot be sure that will happen. there was zero effort to provide suitable communications in response to my quite simple and direct questions, which has made the whole process distinctly frustrating and put me off ever ordering online with you again. Im sure you can tell from the length of this i am not happy in the slightest and i hope the case can be relooked at as a training exercise.. Answering a question or being fobbed off to someone else is not how to handle customers especially when you are selling high end merch
