I ordered two items. They arrived promptly. Unfortunately I had to send them back, as both were too big for me.
I had a refund on one of them, because my size was unavailable. The other item arrived promptly again, in a smaller size.
The European sizes can be a bit misleading, or confusing at times.
Some items I think are overpriced.
On the whole, Flannels have a wide selection of top brands. I will be purchasing again at some point soon.
