Initial service good. Had a reasonable experience with returns. Then when my replacement item was incorrect I’ve had a nightmare with communication, emails, attitude from customer service. I finally sent a last resort email to sort but not had any response. I think I’ve been reasonable given the circumstances. I’ve ended up deciding to keep the item, although it’s not what I originally ordered. It’s just easier than dealing with customer care.
