Recently bought a ski suit Tommy x Rossignol. Products arrived in two different packages for some reason on two separate days which was a little confusing. The pants were to small. So I checked the website and saw the only pair left were a size large (the size I wanted) I bought the size large instead of waiting for the pants I bought to be returned because I didn’t want to
miss out on the last pair. Bought the pair only to be told a day later by email they were now out of stock. I eventually found a phone number to call after searching the web for a flannels customer service number. Spoke to someone who was about as interested in my situation as my cat would if I told her. All in all a very poor experience, which is a shame as I used to be an avid flannels customer when I lived in the UK.
