Great products as you’d expect, however the delivery charge is expensive (compared to the likes of Selfridges who offer a one off payment), especially when ordering regularly.
My real issue is with the customer service being very poor, which I discovered recently due to a parcel not being delivered when expected.
It simply doesn’t cut it for a high end retailer, anyone can sell expensive products but service is crucial, and unfortunately lacking with Flannels.
